Resonator Rattles What Should I Do???

Well I've been hearing this rattling under my car for a while now and I had assumed it was just the heat shields, so I pulled those things off and it still rattles. I looked under my car while I was reving my engine and it turns out it's my resonator just after the cat. Now this was a brand new exhaust, full cat-back 5zigen, it's got about 30,000 miles on it, I'm just not sure what I should do. Should I just take it to an exhaust place and have them replace it with 2 3/8 inch piping, should I e-mail or call 5zigen and ask them warrenty policy, or should I just buy a whole new exhaust?
