Ride Height

i decided to lower my 94 Integra using Tein H tech springs, and Koni Reds, what has happend is the car is actually sitting higher then stock, i know forsure that the front springs are on the front and the back on the back, as for the koni's there are 2 spring perch levels which make a difference of 20mm, currecntly it is on the higher perch, but regardless it should not have raised the car, if the perch was on the lower one it would probably only lower it to stock height. i have spend countless hours install/reinstall setup, i have no idea what is going on and it doesnt make sense, if anyone has any input it would be of great help
