type-r Should I buy this GS-R?

I'm eyeing a white 1994 GS-R 4dr. The car is basically mint inside, except it's only got a tape player... didn't they have cd players for those back then? Anyway, 135k, probably needs the 140k service but the clutch and tranny feel nice. No wing or ANYTHING special, bone stock with the thick 5 spoke rims. Engine sounds great for +100k on a GS-R cause most people buy it and beat the shit out of it.
Now what's wrong with it: The pass. side of the front bumper and the driver side of the rear bumper are sagging about 3 to 4/32" so obviously the car has been in an accident. I don't know how to check for frame damage, but the block has no cracks or leaks anywhere and I know how to check engines for issues... it's all AOK. The guy is a repair shop who bought it at an auction and is selling it again. He's asking $3800. Any other questions? Ask me and I'll find out. Thanks alot for the help!

I'm hoping he might take 3000 cash for it after I sell my car unless it doesn't need the 140k service. Then I'll give him the whole 3300... God willing I actually sell it! It's a 95 Civic DX 5 speed coupe. Interested? Copy and paste the URL in my sig. Thanks!

yeah

If it were me i would buy it because u can just add stuff to the inside (cd player and speakers) and then there is so much u can do to integras. I would offer 3500 and if he takes it then buy. That is just me.

Well it's got 6 speakers: 2 rear, 2 lower front, and 2 little 3"(?) ones on the door panel about steering wheel height. What I'm worried about is the price, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this discussion. What should I look for since it's so cheap? Also, what would it take to fix the bumpers and how can I check for frame damage? Thanks for ANY advice!
