So you sold it already or its still being for sale?
If its sold, then what the use of the post. If its not sold yet, then yes it will have to be smogged again. However, its to an agreement on behalf of you and the buyer on who wants to do the smog. Normally the seller does it because then the seller knows its trouble free in that area. Therefore the vehicle because more valuable than one without. Normally buyers steer clear of cars that are not smogged and can not pass smog.
