sputtering..after 5min driving..its normal fuel pump prob?

Every morning before I head out to work I warm up the car for about 8mins so it will idle at normal revs. Once I pull out the car on first gear...the moves and sputters like not enough fuel coming through or something...it goes on through 3rd gear. I even floor it sometimes to make it move but the rpm stops at 3k and car don't pull then all of a sudden like bam the car pulls. I drive for about 5min then I don't have any more problems. The problem starts again after I stop and let the car sit there for awhile. I have changed my plugs, wires and fuel filter. I think its the fuel pump since my car is a 94 integra. How do you know for sure its the fuel pump? Does anyone know what problem is going on with my car? By the way, if its the fuel pump does anyone know where to get a good one. Considering that I do want to run on turbo or nitrous one day. Any help is really appreciated.

fuel pressure gauge. B&M gauge is 30 bucks online. or buy one at sears and check it. also, maybe have your injectors checked or cleaned.

no its not fuel pressure, if it was your car wouldnt even start. i gonna say that you have a bad igniter, this is located inside the distributor and usually has 4 wires attached to it usually the igniters fail when they get hot but yours could be opposite. one other possible problem is you have a bad distributor, or a bad tps, its definately ignition related. it is also possible and i have seen this on motorcycles, you may have a bad plug! i would go to your local parts supply and get yourself some autolite solid copper core plugs and put them in and see if you prob goes away. this remedy should only cost you 5 bucks or so. one last possible solution is that the part of the wire that goes down into the head( the plastic part) may be cracked or you may have a bad set of wires. when is datk outside open your hood and lightly run your fingers acroos the wires, if you see the tips of your fingers turn blue or you see a blue haze on the wires, then you have a leaky wire. hope this helped

Could be o2 sensor related , oil-pressure related. I have had this as well sometimes in my accord , and then into my prelude.

I still never really found out what this is. (didnt dig too deep since it doesnt come up much) Either way dont push it , just let off and run the car real slow until its good.

I also have this problem but not so often on my 95 GS-R, my machanic noticed that I had oil in each combustion chamber when he pulled out my plugs and he told me i could be that.. But it only happens to me when I start the car and start moving on 1st gear, then it goes away.
