Starting Issues

So my car is having this problem, and I have talked to a few friends, but no good answers. Here is the prob. Sometimes when I go to start my car, usually after sitting in the parking lot at work all day....it doesnt want to start. Keep trying and nothing. Sometimes it will start up, rev to 2k rpm, then die. If I leave it for a while (meaning like 30 min) it will start. Now my the thing is, it is happening more now. It happened after work last night, and just now as I was trying to go to lunch. I have no problem from a cold start in the morning. It is just after work or whatever. I checked everything, the battery is new, spark plug wires all connected good, terminals on battery are fine, has fuel - coolant - oil. Dont know what else to check. Please let me know what you think.

Need more info.. Make/Model/Year, mods, do you have OBD? That kind of info...

94 integra rs with 98 gsr swap....intake, exhaust...i think obd 1

Try taking it to a autozone or whatever and have them run that free diagonastics test on it to see if maybe your starter or something is going crazy on you.

Plus I see you have a 98 gsr engine in it did you get the ODB1 converted in there? Otherwise it should be ODB2.

Thats what I am starting to think. My problem is now, that I dont know which relay is the main one. Anyone have any diagrams or can tell me on a obd 1

my car has done the same thing for quite some time now, it doesnt happen often but it happens. Ive taken it to shops and they cant put a finger on it. Flooding the engine maybe? Ecu? oil? ive gotten the runaround on just about everything. No one can pinpoint it.
