Stepped Headers

I have a '95 GSR that has just been fully rebuilt (actually I get it back tommorow), and I put Chikara Tork-Step headers on also. Since our honda engines don't make a lot of torque to begin with, I thought this would be a good idea. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has used these headers, and if they experienced sufficient gains when using stepped headers, and if their is a difference between say a Chikara stepped header, and a Airmass stepped header. Or is a regular header the better way to go. By the way it's an N/A motor.

Peace,

LMNtal

I don't know what your mods are, but a header alone isn't going to do much. you got to see it as a system (i/h/e) to see gains. however if you already have those then you should see a little bit of a gain in the low end with that type of header. my friend got that header on his integra and he got some gains, not very much, but he got some.

yea you will see gains, but not that much. i personally would've gone with dc since its dyno proven. just make sure to a catback exhaust and it will work out.

The link shows performance gains on different kinds of headers. It's on one of the integra stickies.
