k so some professionals stole my stereo... cut the wires on the alarm.. didnt even break the window.. just pulled it off the track long enough to reach in and unlock the door... and from there popped the hood... is there a fuse that pops the hood? if so.... is it under the hood?cuz that wouldnt be good... any suggestions to prevent this in the future would be helpful... i had the stereo for 4.5 yrs so the alarm as a deterrent worked for a while... but since these cars are so easy to break into is there anything that will help keep this from happening again.....(besides not having a nice sounding system)....
I'm confused... you're asking if there's a fuse that pops the hood? Well obviously if they got into your car, they could just pop the hood with the normal hood pull. Or if they were smart about it, they wouldn't do that at all and just unscrew your fender liner and pop the hood that way, because the hood cable runs through there (mine doesn't ).

there's no fuse to pop the hood because there is nothing electrical about it, but that sucks to here man integra's are suspect to things like that, sorry bro
What are you talking about?? All '94-01 2-doors have a windowframe.

he is probably talking about a 4dr integra. just as a future references let us know what car u have...thanks... as far as ur alram invest in a 5 dollar hoodpin for your alarm, that way when they pop the hood, it will set off the alarm.....
How did they pull the window off the track from the outside?
maybe they just pulled the window or the frame (depending on the year) and hit the unlock button with a coat hanger or something. thats what I do when I need to break into a car.
btw I dont steal stereos, I work at a shop and people are always asking me for help when they lock their keys in the car

He said "no window frames on Integras" so the statement was incorrect, and I was correcting it.
