hrmmm

if you are going by center of gravity and wind resistence and weight, i would opt for no sunroof. it is heavy, cumbersome, disrupts the airflow over the top of the car, raises the center of gravity of the vehicle, and whistles.

but, i still like mine vs. not having one

i would think that not having a sunroof would always be better for handling but its still a great thing to have to stay cool and not have to run your AC....this is me stating the obvious :

Umm, yeah. Ask yourself this: what exactly could a sunroof ever do that would improve handling?? It adds weight in a terrible location, reduces rigidity, etc. etc. I would still keep mine because I love it, but obviously if the ITR and CTR don't have it, it is for a reason and that reason is performance.

Sometimes I like knowing that I have a sunroof....well I like it open too....but I like the fact that if I really wanted to die, hopefully I could somehow flip myself thru the sunroof and cut my throat open and snap my neck in a car accident that way it wouldn't be deemed suicide, I'd be allowed catholic burial and hopefully be forgiven my sins. J/k actually, I love a sunroof, though I hate sunshine, I open it on nice nights though.
