Suspension Techniques Sway bars

when i was reading my Summit catalog i came accross these sway bar this seems like a good price for front and back.....i was wondering if this is a worth it buy.......or should i just get a rear Type R rear sway bar..........

part number is STQ-52166

there is two brand on the catalog ST and Addco.......i was wandering which ppl recommend.......or is there another brand you guys recommend....

on a scale of 1-10 10 be the hardest 1 be the easiest

how hard is it to change out both the sway bars....compare to shocks

should i get the rear only or better off with both of them....

i would get the itr rear sway bar because its the thickest (22mm) and also the gsr and itr front sway bar r the same (24mm). with the itr there is a slight adjustment that you need to do. there is a website that shows u how to do it and what you will need. its worth it i think. cause the itr sway bar and all the things u will need will cost less than the suspension techiques stuff
im not sure if this site still works but u can give it a try. the guy that owns the site is on team -integra.net goes by the name BSQ5(from waht i remember) he sells the needed parts for 20 bucks

here is the site

p.s. i had to put a space between team -integra.net because this forum doesnt like that site. just move team over so itll b 1 word

I am also interested in these swaybars but there is almost no info on the install or reviews. I found them for $223 plus shipping. Personally, I'm not going to get the ITR rear bar because I don't want my car to oversteer that much, even with the S/T 25.4mm front and 19mm rear the car will handle much more neutrally (understeering less) and will stay flatter. But I am worried about the install, you have to drill holes for the rear right? How hard is it to do?

This might get moved to the Suspension forum but I think it should not be. People there often aren't very helpful and also most of them have Civics, and we want to know about installs on Integras (if they're any different).

i had suspension techiques sway bars on my civic. my civic didnt come with any sway bars from the factory. the front was easy to install. the only problem i had with the front sway bar is that the end links that come with it snapped shortly after i installed it. then i went to home depot and got some heavy duty bolts and never had a problem after that. the rear wasnt that bad either. had to drill 4 holes. its not that hard if you have the car on jack stands. removing the rear control arms first will make your job a lil easier. the whole project took me about 6 hours but i really took my time. i didnt want to screw anything up especially when it comes to drilling. hope this helps

Well I just called my favorite place to have work done to my car and they want $50 to install the rear and $80 for both together. I figure since the front sounds like it's a bolt-on affair (yes? no?), I'll do the front myself and then have them do the rear, with all the drilling and stuff. I figure if it would take me like 4 hours to do the rear very carefully, I make $9/hour, so it doesn't cost that much more for me to have someone else do the work and do it right.

i don't think there is drilling required for the rear sway bars for the integra..........shouldn't it fit into the factory slot........dang it....does anyone know if u have to do any modifying for the 94-01 integra.............when installing a suspension technique rear sway bar that goes for the front too....is it just a bolt on
