Thinking about getting a b16 tranny

Where do I start looking? Should I go new or used?

How much do they cost? How much is labor?

Anybody out with b16 trannies on their b18a's? How do you like it?

I basically just need some info on where to go to get some pricing and availiability? And do you all recommend this mod?

I did it to mine. Found one from a civic SI, 99. The civic owner went turbo and wanted the GSR longer gears. Got it for straight across trade. I did the labor on my car, his trans was already out. I like it. Just look for someone who wants a GSR tranny and see if they have access to an SI or Type R tranny.
