1995 Integra LS
5 spd, 162,600 miles
Problems: Brakes suck, ABS light is on (throwing code 18), and has a high idle on cold start-up.
What I want to do: 98+ Front end, paint job, GSR swap, I/H/E, suspension, rims.
This is going to cost a lot It'll probably be completed in the next 2 years.

i don't know. the motor has a lot of miles on it so i'm not sure how long it'll hold up. i figured it'd be better to swap in a newer (lower miles) motor.

i'm not sure how to do it in a civic but it's only 4 bolts holding it in on the teg. team-integra has an article on how to remove it. you have take off the glove compartment to get to it. pretty easy

it's a hidden switch that you click when you park the car. so if someone tries to steel your car the fuel pump wont work. it'll start then die right away. i also have the steering wheel lock like you see in the pic and then plan on getting an alarm so it'll be pretty safe for the most part

and then im assuming you push the button again when u get in the car, and it works fine, right? how hard was it to install it? ive never interacted with kill switches in cars before, yours is a first

It's way easy. Just get a 2-post switch (basically a switch that is on and off w/o a light) and run the wire to the fuel pump power wire. I'm sure there's DIY threads on SHO about it. Just put it in a secret spot and you'll be good to go. I'd say where mine is but it'd defeat it's purpose
