LS timing belt will fit, but upgrading to the more efficient VTEC water pump is a good idea and in doing so, a timing belt from the '94-'01 Integra GS-R is a must.
the VTEC water pump pulley has 22 teeth as opposed to the 19 found on the LS, thus requiring the longer belt. The B16A timing belt will not work with either water pump due to the fact that those blocks are about 8mm shorter than the 1.8-liter versions.
