Traction Bars?

What have you guys heard about Lakewood or Race Engineering Traction Bars? Do they really eliminate wheel hop, and is it obvious? Are they worth the money for my setup? ($280 or $330) Which brand is better, I was told they are basically the same, despite the $50 difference in price?

I have an H22 in my teg (below) with LSD, so my traction is relatively good once the car is moving forward, but if I lose traction my wheel hop is insane. As you might already know Preludes already have the bars stock, Civics and Integras don't.

Are there any drawbacks on them? I don't see to many people with them.

I just do not think most people know about them... When people think traction bars, i think they think of race track part... But who knows...I however do not know any drawbacks and will have a JIMFAB on my ITR...
