Honda tranny fluid or gm syncromesh. maybe a mix of both if you can do that.

You'd want the Honda tranny fluid for that LSD tranny.

should I check/change my tranny fluid as well? The last couple of weeks shifting here and there has been a little sticky for me(3rd & 5th). We won't talk about reverse....
I assume swappin the stock shifter for a short shifter will probably help too. Stock is too tall.

I have a short shifter in my car, and acura actually recommended taking it out and replacing it with the stock shifter...i told them to keep my short shifter in. Also i use "Honda Manual Transmission Fluid" in my car only.

GM is da sh*t

my 2nd to 3rd was hella grinding and i went and bought Gm Synchromesh Friction Modifier (bout 3 bottles i believe) 12bucks each at Chevy dealership, but that sh*t fixed everything i could shift at 8rpm and no grind at all. it wont happen untill u drive the car for a little but I GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK .

What do you mean should you change the fluid also? I'm kinda lost??? When you change fluid in the tranny, thats it, there is nothing else you need to change, whether its manual or auto.

I don't swear by the synchromesh. Its a good product, but most of the grinding is obviously from Honda's poor synchro's, or better yet, everyone who has bad shifting habbits.
