tranny problems

I have an integra ls motor with the ls tranny and i have been noticing a noise coming from the tranny. I brought it to my local tuner shop and they said the input shaft was loose or a bearing was loose. When ever i push in the clutch it goes away. And when i release it the noise comes back. Is this refered to as end play? Has anyone had this problem? If so is the piolet bearing what i need to replace? or is the tranny messed up?

You think its the throw out bearing? What causes it to do that. So the tranny should be fine? i would just have to change the throw out bearing? What problems could this cause in the future without quick fixing?

when the bearing wears out it may become loose, replace it as soon as possible, otherwise you chance getting fragments from the bearing loose in your transmission, and that could destroy your clutch, besides that I dont know what else it could be, I would get a second opinion from a mechanic that specializes in transmissions
