Transmission Problem??

I finished doing my JDM B18C swap into my civic and whenever i am driving in fifth gear it just pops out. I dont know what it could be...the linkage is positioned fine (i think) because it has no problem going into gear...just a problem with staying there. My father thinks it could be low on tranny oil/gear fluid....or fifth could be excessively worn....any input or ideas would be helpful. And as it says its a jdm gsr tranny....without lsd.

First thing that comes to mind would be to check your syncros, and then to check your tranny fluid levels. I've heard that when that happens your shifter fork is going bad as well. I would check all those things to see.
