Turbo Help!!!!!!!

I have a 99 Ls and have a turbo kit from a dodge omni, it has a Accord 2.2 exughst manifold already on it. I was wanting to know if it would fit on my car? If yes anything i should do? If no how much you think it would cost for a new manifold to be built?
