turbo my 93 integra LS??

SHould i turbo my 93 integra LS, with 117,000k on it, nothin is wrong with it, runs fun and everything, since it has low compression if would be easier to turbo, and if so me and some friend that know what there doing are gonan help me build a custom turbo, cuz its cheaper then buying the whole kit, what turbo should i get for my car? Or should i not waste my time?
