Turn Signal help..

I have had my Integra for 1 year now, and I notice this when I first got it but then it dissapear is back again. When I am driving fast my left turn signal blinks slow and as I slow down it blinks faster and it only happens on the left one the right one never does it. How do I fix it did the previous owner do something to the wiring how can I go about getting this repaired I feel madd ghetto when my car does it on only 1 side not both. If anyone could advice how to get rid of this problem I would appreciated very much.

hmm that sounds funny, have you checked your bulbs in your corners and rear tials to see if they are the correct bulbs? Sometimes if you have some aftermarket bulbs then the blinkers will blink really fast. Also they may be loose, and I'm guessing the faster you go they are being in a sense "pushed" into the socket and driving slow they are dangling out. Sounds stupid, but just check it out.

Good luck,
-Jason

Thanks for the info man, checked that but still doing the same thing, all bulbs and lights are OK could someone have changed the wiring or put one of those fuses that makes it blink faster. Where would they install this and how would I check to see if it has it.

Well usually when someone installs those "Hyper Blinker" things it is located hunder the hood up close to the front I believe. But there have times I've heard of them being under the dash where the fusebox is, below the steering wheel. Have you looked at the wires around your light bulbs, like if you take the corners out, and looking around the rear tails. Do they look as if they have been tampered with? I would follow the wire as far as you can and check for anything that might have been changed.

Good luck,
-Jason

Check under the hood, check the lights in the bumper nothing, I did notice though that the back ones have like something attatch that is splice to the wiring but dont know what it is. I think I mite just ask the dealer to find out what it is. Thanks for all the help jason, hopefully is nothing that wont cost a lot to fix or be some wiring thing that goes through out the car I will post what the delaer said later this week. Thanks again.
