Valve adjustment?

I have a 90 LS Integra, When does your valves need readjusted like how many miles should they be redone. And how do they get out of order is this caused from mis shifting or not cuz sometime when i race ill miss a gear, so could that cause it j/w?

If you haven't had it done yet, you are way over due. It is usually done around 60k. miles depeniding on how hard you drive your car.

tach

You definitely need to do this to make sure your clearances are correct. Can get out of spec faster than 60000 miles if you redline a lot. Very easy to do yourself though. Just need a feeler guage, screwdriver and wrench.

Hey SlammedGsR, your car looks nice....what front lip is that? I've seen it before but never really figured out which one it was, I like it a lot and would like to get either that or an ITR lip. Thanks.
