Unhappy Valve Cover Bolt wont come out!!

ok so i got a new valve cover gasket and tubing seals so i got off all the blots except this one....it jus keeps spinning but wont come ....

....could anyone help me with this problem?

either you stripped it..or you need to take a flathead and try to pop the bolt up a little bit to see if it catchs or if its just not long enough to back out.i think there is a nut that holds that particular screw on.(kind of a guess)

i got it out...but thanx i just ordered a new stud ....the thread on it was stripped
