Valve train set up, HELP

OK, i have listed this a bunch but i am going to do it again. I have Toda spec b's right now, and i am planing on Toda cam gears and toda dual valve springs. ferrea valves, retainers, vlave guides, valve locks. Spoon sports valve stem seals. Skunk2 intake mani mated with a 70mm bbk throttle body. with full head work(port and polish, 3 angel valve job, etc). jdm itr header with tanabe exhaust. Full programble hondata computer, msd igintion and 370cc injectors, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. and will be boring out block 25 over and running 12:1 compression. My question(s) should i scrap the toda idea and run with something else, i.e. Skunk2 full set up, Jun full set up or anyother company? This will be a street driven car(that is well taken care of) and will be raced down at the track, its a 99 gsr. Im jsut confused becuase skunk2 calims that they make power to 8,600 and toda only makes it to 8,200. But from what i have heard Toda is a bad ass company and all their info. shows that as well. i dont know what i should do. Im just covering my basis before i go to my local shop next week and drop around 2- 3 g's. one more question is Portflow really that great? i have heard good and bad things about it. any help you could give me would be great. thank you so much for your help and time.

first thing, the 70mm throttle body is overkill. there are quite a few posts on here about throttle body size. but for NA engines the size of the type-r throttle body will be good for you.
also, portflow is very good, and i have heard nothing but good things about them.
i am also going to send my 99 gsr head for a p/p at portflow.
also i think the injectors will be overkill also, you should be good with 270-280cc's
