varying power

When I first warm up my car (always properly warmed up before I go anywhere)... accelerate feels very good. The car revs very freely...

After 20-30 minutes of driving, the car doesn't rev as freely... and accelerated has decreased.

It's not like when you turn the A/C on... but it IS noticeable. My temperature never goes but a little past 1/4 from C on my temperature guage...

Any ideas.

Check your clutch are the revs going up but speed is not?
If that is the case then the clutch is slipping.

that's not the case, I'm not even on the clutch... unless I'm missing something....

I've tested it, I start rolling (off the clutch completely), then I press the gas...
