Just a guess but depending on what kind of work you put into the head and what kind of deals you get you could spend between $800 and $2000 after the head. I'd say including the head you're looking at a minimum of about $13-$1500.

Call import auto salvage in Marion N.C if the cant help you go to ebay they have the ls v-tec conversion kit as well. The head will be the hard part to get. If you pay over 1000 for this conversion you might as well get a complete swap.

Yea. you shouldnt pay anywhere near 13-1500 man. You should wait till you get a good deal on a GSR head. I got a complete gsr head with dizzy, head rebuild kit, timing belt, ecu, intake manifold. I got all that for 490. Then you need a ls vtec kit. Anywhere from 100 to like 180. But Definitly dont spend over a grand.

Yea. I mean you could do a b16 head but its not as strong or the power of the gsr head. IF you go to ebay and type in ls vtec kit. It will bring up exactly what you need to do the swap. Gasket, sandwich plate, dowel pins, oil line kit, tap. All the good stuff to feel that nice vtec. lol

You don't need the water pump, And you could run a chipped p28 with conversion harness instead of a p72

You dont need the water or oil pump. 81mm is the size of the pistons and that is the gasket you want. Honestly if the guy that is doing this doesnt know this you might want to get some that has done it before
