Only the P72 can control the secondaries in the GSR Intake Manifold. Those valves that open up in the manifold to open up the airways within working in conjunction with VTEC to make the best powerband. If you are going to upgrade to a better aftermarket manifold, you won't have to worry about it.

Well I'll let you search up things like OBD1, Hondata, Crome, Uberdata, and phearable.net on your own to get an idea of how to prep your car for tuning.

In a nutshell, you go to the dyno and make some runs. You will check out what your Air/Fuel ratio is at, and then using a tuning program/software like I mentioned above, you will change your fuel flow to make sure your Air/Fuel ratio is in a safe zone. And unless you go with an expensive program like Hondata S300, these changes come in the form of "burning" (like CD burning) new information onto your ECU's microprocessor chip.

First thing would be to find a tuner in your area, and have a chat with them. They'll let you know what programs they can support and use.

don't forget ignition. ignition tuning is the whole basis of getting programs like Neptune over a vafc.
