what kind of cams should i get?

hey everyone what kind of cams should i get , i was thinking about skunk2 stage 1s or 2s, or anything among those lines, toda bs??? i need it to be reliable and somewhat drivable, and affordable im trying to hit as close as 200 to the wheels as possible, thanks

I'd either go with the Toda Spec B's or the Skunk 2's stage 2. If your trying to hit 200whp then go with one of these. Check out the Integra Dyno center they have dynos on the Toda Spec B's and what kind of gains they have Http://www.geocities.com/Motorcity/Downs/4805/home.html

cams dictate compression. get the wrong spec for your compression and it'll end in tears....lotsa cryin'...

I cover the specs and the thinking about how you approach cams on another board but I can't discuss that here.

needless to say, your choice will involve purchasing other parts needed to make the cams sing within a specific engine package.
