Welcome to SHO

I would first check the sticky threads at the top of the forum, for information, use the SEARCH tool up on the toolbar, and check the Performance Tech forums for additional information before asking such a huge and rather ambigious question. The honest answer is until you know more about what you want your car to end up like, its hard for anyone to give you reasonable advice on what to do first...

Gratz on your new Acura though, post some pics of it...

intake is easiest, quickest, cheapest. from there it doesn't really matter header or exhaust. of course if you're planning on doing anything in the long run you might want to consider that first (ie turbo/supercharger/nitrous) because most will require a different setup. sucks to buy stuff and then realize you don't need it later on. G/L and enjoy.

AEM makes an excellent intake as does Comptech. From there i would look into an exhaust system. I pefer Tanabe (have one) but a lot of people on here have good things to say about Skunk2. From there get a cat replacement. After these things you should know if you want to go F/I, Nitous, or N/A. The stuff you buy will be determined by those choices. Have fun with your new ride! :clap

I'd say go with the AEM Intake and one of the DC Sports Headers to start off...
i'm not too sure which exhausts are out for that car, but i'm guessing pretty much everything!
