What should I do guys

OK I have a 1984 F250 7.5 liter 460 and it's my first truck. Its stock but i want to see the potential that the 460 has. It needs a rebuilt carb that costs $300. On the other hand, one of my friends has a 93 Integra with a blown engine that he wants to sell me for $300. Everything seems to look ok except for the piston coming out of the block. The body looks ok except for a couple of dings and a white bumper (blue car). I also have a co-worker that wants to buy my truck for a G ($ 1,000) on the spot. One option is buy the integra, sell the truck and buy a b18c1. The integra has or had a b18a1, do I need a obd-2 to obd-1 conversion harness or can i just slap it on. I know i have to hook up the vtec solenoid because it didn't have vtec. Am I on the right track for my first swap. Any ideas or suggestions feel free. Thank for all your help in advance guys.

A B18C1 will run you around $2200. The B18C1 was available OBD2 or OBD1. It doesnt matter which you get, as long as it is the right ecu. You can run OBD1 by simply plugging in an OBD1 P72 ECU. That chassis is already OBD1, so it will plug right in. You will need to run 3 wires to hook up VTEC. Hasport makes a conversion harness to make this easier.
