Whats the best turbo kit?

What would be the best turbo kit for a 99 GSR? I would like to hit low 12's and maybe even high 11's. I understand in order to do that i would need to do some internal work but i have 15,000 to spend. So can someon give me some suggestions on what i should do, ive heard the Rev Hard Turbo kit was good, is this true?

There is a turbo forum.
The rev hard kit uses the t3/t4e as well as the drag generation III kit.

There is a book that you can get called the Honda Builder's Handbook (Volume-High Performance) by Joe Pettitt. It teaches you the things you need to do as well as the parts you need to build a reliable 470whp GSR motor. It is a good investment because building the gsr motor to run that high of psi needs a lot of knowledge and money.

Here is a site of the turbo kits available for the gsr:

http://www.turbo-kits.com/integra_turbo_kits.html

There are also custom kits that aftermarket shops carry around your area.

15k to spend on the engine? haha damn, that's crazy...you can get some niceeeeee stuff..check out my friend Brandon's b18c1 setup

Have a look into Top Fuel:

Translate it with Altavista's Babelfish.

i will agree, best is custom . get everything you want 1st time around. $15k can get you a slammin set up and prob tuned too if you do it right. if you can do most of the work yourself it will get you alot further.

that Joe Petit book is ok, but they are building it on a race car. It was Chris Rado's Integra waaaaaaay back in the day. Get something like Maximum boost by Corky Bell . i hear that has alot of info in it.
