WHY IS STEERING TOO LIGHT??

When I hit bumps sometimes my steering wheel jerks to the left or right. WHY DOES IT DO THAT??

I drive other cars and they hold their composure pretty well. Do all acuras have the same feeling??

I recently went to the dealer and they said everything was fine.

I have and 1998 integra ls sedan.

I recently changed my tires to- all season, michelen pilot 195/60 hr14

Their on stock rims.

Could it be my tires, suspension, steering wheel?????

How can I fix this problem?
HELP ME, it makes me nervous to drive sometimes.
