Will a b18c5 TB fit a b18b??

I was wondering if that would work is the b18c5 tb any bigger than a b18b's? If so how much??

d series = 56mm
ls, gsr and b16 = 58mm
sir2, ctr and b20 = 60mm
ITR = 62mm

pretty much ALL b- and h-series TBs are 58 plate and 62 mouth.
ITR, H22A Type-S and S2K are 62 plate 66 mouth.

and, yes, the b18c5 tb will fit the b18b.

i plan on picking up a skunk2 IM and now my quesion is, is the type r usdm/jdm throttle body worth it, or should i just keep my LS one?
just trying to figure out which TB to use in my LS/VTEC setup
any opinions? thanks

i just plan on using a type-r one which is a little bit bigger than a stock ls one on my boosted b18b setup.. i dont want to go to big just right.
