Zex question for other teg owners

hey,

Let me first say that i have read all the stickys and posts in the Nitrous section and Im looking for opinions of other integra owners. Now, im planing on buying a zex kit and I was wondering if a new ignition and fuel regulator is really necessary in order to run a 75 shot? If so, what ignition do you recommend? If the 75 is risky, what about the 65 or 55? Anyway, thanks for your time and my set up is listed below...

95 Integra SE (ls engine)
Greddy Evo
AEM intake
Eibach springs
other smaller mods, etc...
