am i getting blocked by my ISP?

after 7yrs of DLing stuff, i can't seem to keep a connection. just normal browsing & watching youtube, it works normal. but when i start Azureus the connection cuts off after 10 mins or so. i thought maybe the router was getting old, so i tried buying a new router (was NetGear & now it's LinkSys) but it still happens. started using BitLord & still lose my connects. 2 years ago my ISP sent me a letter warning me that i was caught, & it's against the contract w/ TimeWarner to DL copyrighted stuff; i'm on Roadrunner Turbo.

am i being "watched," whatcha think is happening?

have you tried disabling UPnP? i have the lynksys wrt54gs and @ first it kept kicking me out of the internet after about 10 minutes of playtime(ps3) the i disabled the UPnP and it never did that again.(i also made a wep key 128 bit incription.)

lemme look into that, but i'm also using wep 128bit key, too

ok, im just saying that by turning the upnp off fix that problem on my router and have not done it ever since.

i have the exact same router, but it's still turning off; sorta, it looks like it's still DLing, but the browsers all say i'm disconnected

my bad, i'm on WPA, but there is this Group Key Renewal set at 3600. that's 10 min. i can only choose between 600-7200, so how do i make it infinite? dam it 2 heck
