it is a "security tool" if you download it you can do a live boot form cd and run the slax OS then when youre done doing whatever it is that you are doing you can eject the disc and boot back to windows or you can run it alone with no windows or as a dual boot, it is mainly used for breaking into things you are not supposed to be in for "security testing purposes" i havent used it since BT2 was released but i saw my neighbors little POS miniature dog come take a piss in my front yard, which in turn is causing my dog to piss on everything he sees to mark his territory

i mainly use the aircrack suite but i want to move on, do you know anything about metasploit and how it works?
USB boot should work, if not put it on a CD, i know the filesize says its barely too big to fit but nero will cram it on there, also check your boot order, try USB as first, as far as metasploit i have no clue....just using backtrack in general can be a mystery to me at times
