Can Anyone here help me with WEB DESIGN?

HELP, NEED HELP WITH WEB DESIGN!?!
Sorry for using the caps. I'm designing a webpage and was wondering if you guys know of any websites that have good car wallpapers. Also, do you guys know of the html format to post the wallpaper? This is what i have

<BODY
BACKGROUND=" ENTER ADDRESS HERE"style="background-attachment:fixed">

but i notice that if i choose a smaller picture, it makes copies of it. Is there anyway to keep the picture centered without having it make copies?

Thanks in advance

hmmm...

....I usually use backgrounds that will have to tile accross a webpage like scanlines or some sort of pattern... but in your case.... u should put that center that pic (in photoshop/fireworks or whatever u use) on a larger plain background and plac it on your page.... hmm... hard to explain... someone else can explain it better..... i usually stay away from actual pics as backgrounds...

....for help on web development check out w3schools

or teamphotoshop for photoshop tips.
