Can I burn movies from my computer and watch on my DVD?

I have alot of movies on my computer and I wondered if there was a program where I can record it on a dvd and actually watch it on my dvd player without any problems

first of all, u need to make sure that the dvd player your gonna use it on accepts DVD R video...cuz it won't recognize the disc...

second of all, u need a dvd burning program... I like to use Nero 6.6 <<< the new one...and all i have to do is change the setting from cd to dvd...very simple, then drag and drop and push burn...bam, 5 mins later u got yourself a burn movie...

for bin/cue files i would use nero, but for .img files i would use dvd decryptor. it's free, very small, and fast. dvd-r's are usually a hair cheaper and work in more dvd players than the dvd+r's but it's your choice.
