computer ram question....

i just got a dell inspiron 9300. It only came with 256mb ram. I want to upgrade the ram on it but had a few questions. I saw these two posts on ebay. what is the difference between these two and which one is better. thanks!!!

the bottom one is Kingston brand the top one is generic as far as I can tell.

Go with the Kingston.
