COT DAYUM POP UPS!!!

Ok people, I am getting MAD pop-ups. All from valuead, clickspring, Banners at pennyweb.com, and free chilis everywhere. Help!! I can't even do my papers in peace!!!!!AAAAAAAAHHHHH

Ok, already got SP2, but reformatting? How do I do that there?
