CPU always at 50% or higher?

Today out of nowhere my CPU started running at about 50% or higher all the time. I noticed it when I was playing a game and it was really laggy. I rebooted and its still the same. Here is all of my running processes.

BTW my memory is always that hight cause I only have 512

What the fuck its normal now. I didnt restart again or anything. I ate a few hotwings and it went down. I guess it was my puters way of telling me to stfu and eat ma wings.

It could either be spyware....or....who knows. Next time it happens go to the process manager and arrange them by CPU usage to see what's using it all.

probraly spyware or something my sisters computer was real bad...once i ran adware we picked up like 700 things to remove. den the cpu ran alot faster.

i'd say spyware.. but everyones already beat me to it

go get some anti-spyware programs and see what you come up with

i recommend Ad-aware and Spybot

google 'hitman pro' and install it and run it ... nice little program that runs multiple antispyware programs one after another on its own
