CPU Usage = 100 % ??

my computer is lagging worse than the lines at LAX on x-mas eve day!

i checked my task manager and it's indicating that my CPU usage is 100% !!

thing is i am not running any application.

could it be a virus? what's wrong with my computer ?

same thing happened to me a while back..coulndn't figure out what it was. check the processes and see what's taking up so much memory.

i had a virus..everytime i typed something, it lagged up the ass. couldnt even play games anymore..everytime i touched the keyboard..really bad. i bet it was a virus sending all my keystrokes to someone..kinda scary..:eek
