Do USB power cords exist for laptops?

i have a Toshiba Satellite A75 series laptop. i wanna know if theres a cord that goes from the fat part of your AC adaptor to hook into USB port. Something inside my laptop is acting up and having power going to USB would be much better. maybe some kind of docking station or port replicator might work but im not sure.

I've seen some PDAs and Cell phones have a USB connection for their power but not a full sized laptop

usb delivers 5V power, most laptops need at least 12V
