Anyone who has DSL...Does your connection get slow as hell when it rains out? I've been having this problem all the time when it rains. It either gets slow or the web pages do not even load up at all. Other than that it's fine. I've spoken to the Technical support people, but they are abso-fucking-lutely no help to me. I told them I have problems only when it rains, could you please send someone to check my lines when they are wet....but they can't do that for me. I Pay $60 a month for a connection that I can only use in fair weather, and the customer service sucks. I don't know if this is just happening to me or what? This is B.S. Please let me know if any of you are experiencing the same thing. Thanks.
You most likely have bad phone lines in your house. Is it a older house? Sometimes, when it rains, it makes the quality of the line really noisy, therefore you won't be able to get out. I'd have the phone company come out and see if you have bad phone lines.

Actually the phone company did check out the lines in the house a while back. They didn't find any problems. Since everything checked out fine here, the problems not here. They need to send someone out here when lines are wet . I think that somewhere between the station and my house there is water entering the phone lines and that's whats slowing it down.
