Internet Problem

hey guys, i have a question concerning my internet...ok, so one morning i go to use the internet and its not pulling up, im thinking that its a lil glitch so i close it and try pulling it up again and still no internet...come to find out my dad did somethin to the internet to make it not pull up cuz apparently i "use" the internet too much. i kno he's behind this cuz my lil bro. told me. so my question is, how is he doing this? the computer is fine and in good running condition and the ethernet cord is hooked up as well and it still wont pull up so is there something that he's manually setting. Try to powercycle the router and modem first to see if your lil bro is full of shit first. Then get your dads info and call the service provider to troubleshoot the problem and go right past him.

you can also manually config timeframes where the net will and will not work within the router check your router settings before you go calling the internet company
