Please help my PC just died!

My pc won't boot or even show anything on the screen. It's a Dell XPS 410 whose power supply, status lights, fans, HDDs, etc.. seem to be running, but nothing on screen, not even bios info. It's got no new hardware or software and not OC'd. My initial guess would be an internal communications error or fried mobo. As a multimedia designer, I kind of need this PC working soon. This dell has a set of diagnostic code # like a cel or beeps that tells me what it thinks is wrong. I get the # 3 and 4 lights and according to dell it's the memory. (Documentation)
I tried switching out the ram one by one and rebooting, but no good. And the dam warranty just expired.. Any ideas?

more info please, give exact bios codes, and dell comps are picky as fuck so we may not be abl to help, if it fires up, and you get one single beep, all fans, etc fire up, i would try plugging the monitor back in

if it's not posting the most likely cause is bad memory.

Try booting with 1 stick at a time, and try different slots. If that doesn't work it could be the video card, otherwise the motherboard is faulty.
