Trackball Mouse?

Anybody use them or have practical experience with them?

I'm thinking of picking up a Logitech or Kensington. I'm on the PC pretty heavily both at work and home & I'm thinking that a trackball mouse might save some wear-n-tear on my wrists, etc.

I use one at work , and I want to take it home so bad. I lovew them! They are so comfortable... Im gonna get one now for home!

Is it pretty easy to navigate the cursor around the screen? I'm sure there must be settings to keep the cursor from being too sensitive, but still... how would you guys say it compares to a mouse?

you just have to get use to it. I like it better then a mouse

Thye aren't that expensive and it's not like I can't always replug the mouse back in if I have too.

I need to go to Office Depot to buy somemore color toner for my printer. So I'll probably pick one up this week and try it out at work. I play games on my home PC so I don't think I want to be trying out new hardware at home.
