but i use Opera Mini for my web browsing (its free but has faults), and im using the 30 free trial of Opera Mobil which is really good but isnt good for browsing around. but it supports flash/java and shit, but its not worth the $60. if i can crack it ill keep it. but i still use Opera Mini for all my browsing needs.

I also have Opera Mini but, I haven't used it much because of a problem which is also a problem with Opera Mobile for me. My phone is an HTC Touch which basically has no tactile keyboard. The 20 key virtual keyboard doesn't appear in Opera Mini or Mobile
I think I still have the cracked OpMo somewhere around here...

yeah i wish someone would come out with a badass browser. i like how opera mini does the "zoom and scroll" it really easy and fast for browsing, but it doesnt load .gif's or any flash/java, and opera mini seems to squeeze shit together and overlaps HTML, doing a google search is confusing cause all the words overlap.
Opera Mobile loads everything and anything, but doesnt "zoom and scroll" which is really awesome.

Well... if it helps, Mozilla is supposed to be releasing a mobile browser by the end of the year. (I'm really tired of hearing "end of the year" for release dates!)

Not that I'm aware of. As far as I know, Opera only has Opera Mini and Opera Mobile. Mini works TONS better for me but, I haven't tried the absolute latest version of Mobile.

I stand corrected. This version seems to work a little better than the version I had tried however, the problem I have still remains. It's really something I'm gonna have to find an alternative for but, since my phone has no tactile keyboard, Opera only allows me to use the querty keyboard that HTC designed. It's not terrible but, I'm much faster with the virtual 20-key. I'm messing around with the 'transcriber and it seems to be a decent alternative for now.
