i dont know what you have since the question was extremely vague but you only have one cam if you still have the ex motor, and the clutch is in the transmission. If you give more detail and a more specific question you will get good replys.

Check Out Bullfrog/ Gude packages...They hella do the work on these D16 motors...

get a set of pistons from a 88-91 civic si(d16a6)
those will give you way over 12:1 comp.
comp.= horsepower.
go with a jg 85vt85 cam
you will be running low 15s at the track on street tires
with this set up.
