which is best??

Ok, i have had 2 post now about going all motor. I will have around $4000 by the end of summer. I have a b16A2 in my car now, i also get an ls block from my friend. Now the question is. which setup will i get more power from with $4000?? this is not a dailr driver but needs to be street driven and on pump gas. i just want to know which one i can get the most power out of with that money!!

B20BbenN is an unknown quantity at this point
Put some sleeve on the Ls, rod, piston, new bearing and oil pump.
For the vtec head: aftermarket valve spring, retainer ,p&p and 5 angle valve job!
You will have a lot more torque with the ls/vtec and MORE LOW END POWER

id say stick with the b16 i have never heard of the ls vtec working as well as everybody says it does.
