car starts only with ether once warm OK

Just finished my turbo civic buildon my 89 civic. It has a MSD 6al and a msd boost controll and a vortex rrfpr. My problem is this. The motor is new has great compression goes fantastic at 7lbs boost but to first start it it requires ether spray. Once running it is fine. It is almost like the injectors are not knowing when to fire when the car is first started. Any one run into this issue. I am thinking I forgot something in the wiring to pick up the sequencial FI on initial start?
Thanks--Greg

What's the fuel pressure at hot idle? What's the ambient temperature when this is happening? Where are you geographically (specifically, what's the altitude?)

The pressure is 60 at idle as I have a Porsche HV pump in it. The ambient is 60 -80 doesn't matter and we are at sea level. Thanks--Greg

That idle fuel pressure sounds pretty high, I'm only running about 30psi idle in my turbo Miata (similar setup to yours). I'd try dialing that back a little.
